loved the neat and air conditioned room, and the exceptional view of the hotel which is you can view merapi mountain. the pool was very clean and i had soft drinks in the salad bar.

Had luxurious, well-appointed room that was spacious but can be maintained better. Very friendly and tremendously helpful staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

The breakfast at Royal Ambarrukmo was absolutely amazing. The buffet offered a wide range of local and international options that were all delicious. It was definitely the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The hotel's location was also superb, as it was conveniently located near the airport and right next to the Ambarrukmo mall. The hotel even provided a great driver service, which we used to visit the famous Borobudur temple. The swimming pool was perfect for my little kids, and they also loved the nice little playground. The hotel's garden was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance. The rooms were clean and well-furnished, with warm and woody tones. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Royal Ambarrukmo for an enjoyable stay in Yogyakarta.

The hotel was located in a great area with easy access to transportation and nearby restaurants. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a variety of local and international dishes that were well prepared and presented. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, making my stay more enjoyable. the facilities were clean and well-maintained, especially the swimming pool and fitness center.

The room could have been a bit more spacious and the bed could have been more comfortable. However, this did not detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

It's a new hotel, still in the soft opening stage. The public spaces are very modern designed, and the hotel is very clean. Breakfast is an extravaganza feast. The stuff tries very hard but they are green behind the ears.

The hotel is still being renovated and you feel the work everywhere. Around the pool, in your room and in public places. It is noisy and feels like a constraction sight in some areas. They give great promotional prices, but then they don't take care of you. I had to threaten to call the tourist police in order to get constraction work stop at 10 pm.

Rooms very comfortable, staff very friendly & helpful and the shopping mall next to it is great for shopping and eating. Also, a good base to explore Yoyakarta from.

There was no bar or live music in the evening but I can recommend the Balcony Restaurant & bar in the mall next door.

It's a first class hotel with big room, good scenery, good facilities and courteous and friendly staff

The electrical power trip few times though momentarily. The WiFi in the room at level 5 is poor hardly getting access to Internet.

This luxurious hotel exceeded our expectations with its exclusive amenities. The spacious guest rooms were equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the outdoor swimming pool was a highlight. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff catering to our needs. The restaurant offered a delicious in-room breakfast and a special diet menu proved to be a pleasant surprise. Perfect location in a beautiful garden area.

The only minor issue we experienced was a slight delay in the snack bar service. However, this was quickly resolved by the helpful staff.

We loved the amazing swimming pool surrounded by trees and the delicious breakfast with a variety of food including Indian, Javanese and western options. The staff, especially those at the swimming pool and front desk, were exceptional with their kind and helpful service.
